Luxury accommodation in Florence

The staff at this resort treated us like we were the only guests - and we weren't! It was like living in luxury but feeling right at home. The roof top terrace overlooking the city offered an outstanding view, and the bar there was perfect. The room was a very nice, romantic get away. The location was within walking distance to all the sites, but also in the midst of the artist and crafts person community. I'd return in a heart beat.

We continue to love our stays at the Palazzo. Impeccable service from a wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, great breakfast. Location, for us, is perfect. Can walk to almost any site in the city, buses stop outside if you don't want to walk. Can't wait for our return next September. Kudos to all.

I cannot say enough good things about this palazzo. It was like staying in the home of royality in the Renaissance. We had an executive suite which was perfect! The staff are all wonderful. The roof top bar with the view of Florence after a long day sight seeing was a welcome retreat. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back.
