Do not miss this place! - Pennsylvania -May 2010
We were looking to stay at a small hotel for 3 nights in Florence. We found this Palace on TripAdvisor and we were not dissappointed! It truly is a palace run by the same family since the 1700's. The owners live on the third floor and the two other floors house 12 suites. Each suite is huge with magnificent antique furniture and gorgeous marble bathrooms with two sinks. Of course, it still has modern amenities, such as air-conditioning an flat screen TVs. Breakfast is served in a gorgeous room with incredible chandeliers. The rooftop deck has a bar with an amazing view of Florence. The location is just a 10 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio. And, I can't say enough about the outstanding concierge staff!! They were warm and extremely knowledgable. They arranged several wonderful tours for us and some great dinner reservations. We will definitely return!!!

Magnificent suites and attentive staff - Massachusetts - May 2010
We spent 4 nights at the Palazzo Magnani Feroni and it was clearly the most spacious and elegant hotel we have ever visited. In spite of the rainy weather, the rooftop terrace was a respite with beautiful views of Florence. The staff, especially Francesca and Daniel were attentive and helpful in every way.

A simply marvellous experience - Brisbane - Apr. 2010
My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful four nights at the Palazzo Magnani Feroni earlier this month.If you are looking for an off the shelf, stock standard five star hotel then this is not for you.If, however, you want to take in the history of this fully renovated property, be made feel so very welcome by the amazing staff, and experience possibly the largest hotel rooms anywhere, then the Palazzo is for you.Possibly the greatest asset of this property is the staff. From the front office staff who always go the extra mile to assist, to the friendly porters who always have a smile to greet you, the hotel has somehow managed to employ staff the equal of anywhere.The location is also perfect. The hotel is located on a quiet side street a short five minute stroll from all the shops and restaurants you might want. All in all, a wonderful experience. Someday we have to return to Florence so we can stay again at The Palazzo.
